Look What's Cookin' at Lorenzo's!

AUGUST 2009 CLASSES

August 5, 2009: Junior Chef Classes, Chef Cynthia, 11:30 AM $25

Chef Cynthia thinks that there is really no reason to let the grown-ups have all the fun at Lorenzo's classes. Our Junior Chef classes are designed with kids in mind! This season we will make such kid-friendly favorites as yummy mac and cheese, soft pretzels, pizza from scratch and egg rolls and the kids get to help. We will be knotting pretzels and rolling egg rolls as well as letting each kid pick his/her own pizza toppings. So not only do the kids learn to be comfortable in the kitchen, they bring home recipes that they can make for the family, plus they get to eat what they make, so Mom doesn't have to worry about feeding them lunch that day. It's a win-win-win situation!

Cobblers served with vanilla ice cream.
